There are a few products in particular that I have found to work quite well.
While they won’t erase strectch marks completely, they will help reduce the appearance and make you feel more comfortable.
1. Lush - “Sandstone” soap ($7.50). It has a soap end & a sand end, and the soap end can be used to wash the area, while the sand end can be used to buff it. It’s also good on cellulite too.
2. Bigelow Chemists - “Lemon Sugar Body Scrub” ($18). Use it 3 times a week and rub it in a circular motion on your skin. Rinse & follow up with:
3. Rose & Co Apothecary - “Rose Salve” ($7.50). It can be used for a lot of things, but works really well on this, I’ve found.
4. Right before you go to bed, you should rub some Vitamin E salve on the stretch marks. Vitamin E is one of the best things and isn’t expensive at all.
All natural Shea butter lotion, use a generous amount right after you shower, twice a day. Rub it in really well, for at least 30 seconds. I get mine at Whole Foods. Also take vitamin C three times a day. It helps repair damaged elastics in the skin, and makes skin more pliable.
Stretch marks can never be erased without expensive laser surgery, but there are always things you can do with NATURAL supplements, lotions, and oils that can help diminish them.
There’s that cheap stuff people say to use and there is products that cost a little more money that really do the job. this is a review site with the 3 best tested products you can read about and decide. I personally chose revital b/c it seems like the best deal and it seemed to help prego women a lot - it did great for fadeing my stretch marks - about a year ago I used it when i was 21. sometimes it costs a little more to get the quality you need and deserve - but you be the judge.
*Get some exfoliating cream…you know that stuff with the little beads in it. Take that cream and rub in circular motions toward your heart all over or just on the spots with stretch marks. Rinse it off and follow with this rememdy. (Exfoliating cream does not have to be from SAKS just get a drugstore kind.)
*Mix these together:
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Aloe Vera Gel
- 10 Vitamin E Capsules, Drained
- 5 Vitamin A Capsules, Drained
Place in fridgerator and use twice or more a day. Rub into skin untill fully absorbed.
This works wonders on your skin. Make sure that all the ingredients are 100% natural.
Hope that this works for you but remember that everyone’s skin is different! Good Luck.
Make a mixture of extra virgin olive oil mixed and all natural shea butter (make sure it is the real thing–lots of imposters out there). Apply 1-2 times daily (best if used on damp skin, after showering). I have used this mixture for a little over 7 months and have noticed a drastic change in the way my skin feels and my stretch marks have almost disappeared.
