In one sitting? There is probably no at home way to get rid of them that quickly, unless you are considering some surgery, but if you use firming lotion like the ones found in Avon catalogues, or Jergens firming lotion, also co-coa butter lotion is always a good way to get rid of them, but you have to apply twice daily, and it takes a few weeks.
spray tans will sometimes help but if you are serious about having them removed then talk to a derm. Dr. Laser tech has advanced so much that they can sometimes use that method.
To reduce stretch marks, moisturise either with vitamin E cream, or with the coco butter palmer moisturiser. Coco Butter’s good which you can get at the Bodyshop.
Go to beauty stores and ask them what they recommend. There are so many products out there, it depends what ur budget is. It’s very unlikely that u can get rid of stretchmarks but moistursing will reduce them.
Yes tanning will cover them up as it’s like painting on top of ur skin really, so spray tan’s good.
I have the same stretch marks that you have. i read Oprah’s magazine and they talked about hidding cellulite, stretch marks and leg veins. i combined the advice and this is what i would do:
the kit-self tanner or body bronzer, body concealer and loose powder.
Coat your legs with a self-tanner on problem areas. next, do the whole leg. this way, the problem areas are a bit darker. also, a leg bronzer would work. blending concealer with bronzer would help too.
babygirl nothing will completely get rid of your stretch marks, but keeping a tan will help minimize their appearance. keep your skin moisturized, try Palmers coco butter, get the thick kind that comes in the jar, its at walmart for like $4. moist skin tans better and keeps a tan better also

Sometimes they will fade with time.
