nivea products are really good,
you should use the good-bye cellulite, hello bikini challenge
for the cellulite
they probably have some really good products for stretch marks
good luck:]
Honestly, I’ve had the same problem every since I hit my growth spurt when I was 13 years old. I’m a petite 25 yr old too, but nothing really works. I hate to tell you that, but sometimes, you are just built the way you are and those things are hereditary. The dermatologist just told me I don’t have enough elasticity in my skin and that’s why the skin stretches. With the cellulite, the only way to somewhat diminish that is to cut out the fat intake in food. Sorry, but that’s all I was ever told, and I’ve had this little problem for a while now!!!
i had the same problem, except on my inner thighs.
i used both stretch mark cream and cellulite cream at the same time and it seemed to help the stretch marks and kept the cellulite to a minimal.
i found out the tanner you are the less noticeable your stretch marks are.. and the only REAL way to get rid of cellulite is to exercise those areas.
good luck! [:
I have your exact problem…cocoa butter used everyday will treat both…They won’t completely disappear but they’ll be less visible. It’s working for mine
Initial thing you can do to avoid the appearance of stretch marks is to drink plenty of water, especially at the start of your pregnancy. The sufficient quantity of water ingested varies according to individuals. In order to learn if your fluid intake is enough, you can take a look at the color of your urine. If it is close to colorless then you have enough fluid in your body.
As your stomach starts to get bigger, there is a great tendency that your skin becomes irritated. When this thing happens, remember not to scratch your stomach to avoid leaving any marks on it. If you cannot avoid scratching your belly then you must cut your nails on a regular basis so that the appearance of marks can be avoided. Try to put on some powder or cream and rub it gently on your stomach as soon as you feel that it is itchy.
You must try to practice exercising everyday to make your skin elastic. This will also help in freeing the skin from toxins. Exercising aids in the good quality of your skin and body.
