  1. Do you train naturally? The only person I know who has SM from weightlifting took ‘roids, so if you’re natural…PROPS! That means you’re growing to quick for your skin to handle, and if that’s been done natural…man, people will envy you! :P
I’ve heard cocoa butter gets rid of stretch marks. They should sell it at a pharmacy.

You really cant do anything they will go away when you lose some mass but there is nothing that will get rid of stretch unless your getting ready for a show pro-tan works but if your not then they will just go away by there self once you lose mass or lose weight.

  3. Use any good stretch marks removal cream to remove stretch marks. Here are few creams which can help you to get rid of stretch marks:

I hope it will help you surely.

  4. What’s up?

I was about 16 when I started weight training. To bad no one told me to start using lotions like coco butter or shea butter cause now I’m 23 and I got stretch marks all over my upper body. Which is kind of sad cause I have a nice build going on.

It might sound strange but the best way to treat this is do what women do when they are pregnant. Use Coca Butter or Shea Butter daily on spots that your planing to gain some muscle mass. Drink lots of water(not only is this good for your muscles but also good for your skins elasticity). This is how women avoid them in the first place. So if you don’t want anymore I suggest you start doing this.

I have been researching stretch mark removal techinques for sometime now because of my own stertch marks. I have been through countless searches and reading and came the conclusion that the best treatment options for stretch marks avaliable to date is either derma rolling(where they remove the skin by layers) or fraxel lasers(where it punches holes in the skin with a laser and starts new collagne growth). Both are usually done by a doctor, but I have seen some at home derma roller kits that you can buy off the internet.

I really don’t give much hope for the creams because very few of them actually penatrate the lower layers of the skin where the actual tears from the streatch marks are. Creams like Retin A and stuff can penatrate but the others do not. So for the most part you should be wary of buying creams. Right now I’m using Bio Oil and to be honest I’m not impressed. I believe all the hype people are screaming about is the natural healing prossess of the body. I’m going to try something else after Bio Oil which I hear is very promsing called Mederma. It’s expensive though, about $30.00 for a small tube. But it works for both scars and stretch marks(same as Bio Oil).

Anyways, I hope this helps you some, if you have any questions send me a email. Take care.
